What are your shipping policies?
From 1st July 2021, for all orders placed on my bigcartel site, ALL customers (outside of the UK), are responsible for paying VAT (Value Added Tax) upon delivery from their shipping carriers.
I will not be responsible for paying these fees. I hope to implement the fees in my shop in the future, but currently, it isn’t possible. I apologise for the inconvenience.
However, I have opened up my Etsy store again for customers outside of the UK to purchase my products.
You can still purchase from my BigCartel store but please be aware that because of Etsy's fees, my products are more expensive.
How long does it take to process orders?
As I am a small business and in a full-time job, it may take up to 2 - 7 days to process orders. However, I do aim to process them as soon as I can.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I use Royal Mail to send all of my orders.
- For UK customers, I post 2nd class. (It’ll take 2 - 7 days.)
- EU customers: 2 - 3 weeks
- Rest of the world: 3 - 5 weeks
Due to COVID-19, please keep in mind that processing and dispatching orders may take longer than expected.
Do you do tracked shipping?
Yes, I do! I highly recommend customers outside of the UK get tracked shipping to avoid disappointment.
Do you have a discount codes I can use for your shop?
Please use the code 'FREESHIPPING' to get free tracked shipping for orders over £30!
Does the code FREESHIPPING apply to any orders outside of the UK?
Yes, it does! Please make sure to input the code when checking out. However, this will only work for orders over £30. Anything lower will not get free shipping.
Using this code will also mean you will get free tracked shipping!
As soon as I've sent your order, I will give you the tracking number.When will I get the tracking number for my order?
Are your items packed with recycable materials?Yes, all my items are packed in recycable materials.
What are your Returns & Exchanges policies?
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve them.
Please note Judeam Journal is not responsible if your package ends up missing/damaged during transit. Once a package is being processed to the local post office, we have no control of it's destiny!
How much is xyz in a currency that isn’t GBP (Great British Pounds)?
Sites such as xe.com can help you figure out what currency you need to convert to get an accurate price. And search engines such as google can help you out too.
I’ve given the wrong address/want to change the name, how can I change this?
