As you probably already know and have heard, the EU introduced the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) on 13 December 2024.
This means that products sold in the EU must meet new modern safety standards. Like many other small businesses like myself in the UK, we will need to appoint an Authorized Representative who acts as a compliance contact and ensures all products meet EU requirements.
Appointing a representative is very costly and I am not in the position to do this at the moment. So, unfortunately, I will not be able to sell to the EU and Northern Ireland anymore.
I apologise for the huge inconvenience. I hope this can change in the future. I will keep an eye out on the GPSR for any updates.
